Note: All Refund Requests need to be submitted 72 Hours prior to the start of your reservation and no later than 48 Hours after the start of your reservation period in the event that: Severe Weather or Unsafe Conditions, Equipment or Reservation System issues have prevented you from utilizing your reservation. All other requests will be reviewed for validity but may not be processed. Please, always first consider your safety and the safety of others with you when participating in activities related to your reservation.
